Project Overview
Since August 2017, ECS has been delivering management and site supervision services for the NWEP programme, with a total value of approximately £1.2M. Initially engaged by Carillion, ECS provided critical project and construction management support alongside on-site supervision to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of OLE works.

The Process
Following the liquidation of Carillion, ECS maintained its commitment to the project by continuing supply to AMEY through Morson and Fortel. Once delivery works were contracted to Keltbray, ECS provided key OLE specialists including Person In Charge (PIC) roles, OLE supervisors, OLEC 3/2 linesmen, and a dedicated stores manager. This ensured continuity of expertise, minimised disruption, and maintained high standards of safety and operational performance throughout the transition between contractors.
