Project Overview
In January 2019, ECS supplied key resources to support rail infrastructure projects throughout the UK. This included providing experienced engineering staff, construction managers, and OLEC-competent operatives to carry out a variety of Overhead Line (OHL) works. The scope covered activities such as OLE surveys, main part steel and Switch Panel System (SPS) installations, HV cable works, removal of existing infrastructure, wiring, engineer handback support, and provision of isolations.

The teams worked closely with project stakeholders to ensure each task was completed in line with safety regulations, technical specifications, and project schedules. By combining engineering expertise with flexible resource allocation, ECS was able to support a broad range of activities across different project stages.
